Lancaster Park HOA Board of Directors' Meeting
March 14, 2005 - 7:00 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS

Merger of Lancaster Park I and Lancaster Park II
Tim Linehan reported that Julie Mueller delivered the merger papers to Pray, Walker law office. Charles Haliday notified Julie that he was going out of town and would call back with an update next week.

Mulch in Park
Julie Mueller stated that the mulch would be delivered on April 15th and the Mulch Party would be held on April 16th. Eric Cochran would get volunteers to spread the mulch.

TruGreen Contract
The board had requested a reduction in the spring color cost and Julie Mueller presented the revised contract proposal from Tru Green. The price was reduced from $1,385.40 to $1,088.40. The cost of the fall color remains the same.

MOTION: Tim Linehan made the motion to accept the full revised fall and spring color contract

SECOND: Sylvia Dewey

NEW BUSINESS

Pager
Brian Neufeld stated the display screen on the pager was not working correctly. The pager needs to be replaced.

Ashley Bullard resigned as secretary.

Tim Custer resigned as president.

Motion: Ed Aday made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
