1. Board vacancies
   1. Discussion of board vacancies left by the resignation of Tim Custer and Ashley Bullard

                                                              i.      Tim Linehan to draft a statement for the LPHOA newsletter and website asking for LPHOA members to send letter to current board for nomination and consideration of open positions

                                                            ii.      Notify Chaun Goins for website update

                                                          iii.      Notify Communications Committee for Newsletter update

2. LP I and LP II Merger
   1. Discussion of steps to complete merger of associations

                                                              i.      Julie Mueller to contact attorneys Pray, Walker Assoc. regarding signatures necessary for articles of incorporation

New Business

1. April Board Meeting
   1. By unanimous vote next board meeting (April 11, 2005) will be a closed session
2. Budget
   1. Julie Mueller and Ed Aday to establish budget for major expenditures ( landscaping, lighting, maintenance, storage rental, insurance)
3. Questions for Maintenance Committee
   1. Develop plan for common areas, trickle channel, lights
4. By-Laws update
   1. Tim Linehan to email proposed changes to board members for review and comments

Reports

1. Treasurer
   1. Julie Mueller reported that as of this meeting LPHOA has received dues payments from all but 7 members and that 4 liens appear to be actively filed from 2004
   2. Joe Drake will check courthouse records for any active liens made by LPHOA board

Approval for signs requested by the Communications Committee was unanimously approved
